Do I need to be in China?
No. You can get in touch from overseas. We assess what can be handled remotely or through an authorised visit before accepting the task.
Can you help outside Shanghai?
Yes, you can enquire about any location in mainland China. We confirm availability, the person carrying out the task and any travel costs before booking.
How much does it cost?
We quote each task after reviewing the work, location and timing. Service fees and agreed expenses are listed separately. Sending an enquiry is free.
Can you send an item to another country?
We can assess and coordinate suitable shipping options. Availability and cost depend on the item, destination and carrier requirements. Shipping is quoted separately.
What if something changes?
We explain the change and ask you to approve any extra paid work before continuing. Completed work, cancellations and unused expense funds are addressed in the quote.
Can you help with an urgent task?
Tell us your deadline and time zone. We check the arrangements before confirming whether we can meet it. An enquiry does not automatically reserve a same-day visit.
